Thanks for stopping by. I've been on other sites fishing & looking for chemistry. My interests are going to the movies, live theater & plays, dancing, swimming, horseback riding, going for a walk in the park, & relaxing at home. Yes, I love romantic comedies. I will not go to horror flicks as they give me nightmares. I'm an avid square dancer, I go dancing 3 or 4 times a week (please say you'll learn). At some point, I'd like to take ballroom dancing lessons too. Are you up to the challenge?
Musically, I like a variety of singers, mostly pop/rock & country. I also like disco music. My hobbies are include gardening, cross stitch, tole painting & window shopping. I'd like to get back into pastel painting. I currently volunteer for a horse rescue on Saturday mornings. I am an optimist, always viewing the "bright side" in situations. I love a challenge. When faced with problems, I am persistent in finding a solution. I have three children, two still live at home; my son is 23, attends college & works part time & my daughter is 19, still attending high school. I'd like to meet someone who is Christian and/or spiritual. I want to meet someone who is responsible, honest, kind, thoughtful & has a sense of humor. I still believe the man contacts the woman if he is interested. I was informed by a potential suitor that it's not polite to send a rejection message. So, if you send me a message & I do not respond, it's because I do not want to hurt your feelings. Now I know I'm supposed to "sell" myself here; all I've got is this: I want us to have "our song," a favorite restaurant, create special traditions for ourselves & our families & "pet" names. I want someone to have fun with & to help work through life's problems. I want someone to wake up next to every morning & to grow old with on this journey called "life."
