*** I am not looking for casual dating, so PLEASE do not reach out to me if you are not serious about putting in the effort to develop a long-term relationship.*** I am in my 20th year working for a global, London-based service company in the Sales and Marketing field. Most days I work from our North America headquarters in Wyomissing, but travel throughout the country from time to time. I own my home and have raised my son on my own since he was 4. I am self-sufficient and independent, and have spent the last several years focusing on my career and preparing my son for his. Now it's time to focus on long-term happiness and find that special someone to share it with. I am looking for someone who will appreciate me for the genuine person I am, as well as for my accomplishments both professionally, and as a single parent. I've worked very hard to get where I am, and the same is preferred and must be respected in a partner. I am very laid back...absolutely no drama here, and prefer someone who has abandoned their own need for drama, as well. If you aren't sure where your life is headed, or are in the midst of life events that prevent you from putting time, attention and effort into building a true relationship, we are not right for each other. I respect your time, and I'd ask that you please do the same of mine. In short, it's important for me to find someone who has their feet planted firmly on the ground, priorities in order, and who feels as lucky to be with me as I do to be with them. The most important attributes I look for in a person are confidence, honesty, loyalty, respect, compassion, sense of humor, romance, affection, pride in yourself, the ability, willingness and effort to make time for fun as a couple, and the sincere desire to find that one special person. I'm not adverse to spending time at home, but I'd prefer someone who is young at heart that still prefers to get out and enjoy life! My free time is typically spent listening to music (country primarily, but enjoy all kinds), doing a home improvement project, watching Food Network or HGTV, cooking, enjoying a glass of wine with friends, or catching some live music at a local micro-brewery or outdoor restaurant. I'd prefer to be outdoors on a beautiful day, walking, relaxing or fishing by the lake, going on a picnic, or hanging out at a cabana bar and enjoying a few drinks. I love sports and enjoy attending a live sporting event, or getting together with friends to watch a game. I can typically be found in heels or cowboy boots, and can confidently work the room at a formal social event or take my son fishing...a classy girl who is not afraid to get her hands dirty. A country girl at heart who'd love to find her cowboy, :) All seriousness aside, life is all about having fun and continuously looking to learn, grow, and have new experiences. I'm not looking to just "tick the boxes" to find someone exactly like me. I want someone who is also very unlike me who can lead me toward those new experiences and viewpoints.
