I'm 61, but don't look it, or act like it. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 190. I have my own gym at the ranch and work out daily. Along with everyday ranch work, that keeps in better shape than any 40 year-old man I know. I don't maintain my body out of vanity, but rather necessity. I have to be and stay fit to do the work I do. My face is toned and practically free of wrinkles, and I don't have that flabby crap hanging beneath my chin.
