I'm a professional woman. I have licenses in insurance & real estate. I love animals, the outdoors in the summertime (I hate being cold), I love to try new things, places, foods, activities. I prefer the country to the city. I love the water especially salt water. I'm attracted to blue collar, salt of the earth, chivalrous type of man that understands the healthy masculine role. l'm in no hurry and just looking for friendship to start. I am new to all of this, recently divorced after 35 years of marriage. I was married to an alcoholic/addict and am done with enabling narcissist behavior. I have a grown son and 2 grandsons that I adore. I am wholesome, conservative, christian woman, with traditional values. I hope to find a man with the same values to eventually be my best friend and my person.
I saw a saying recently that said marry the person you would go to war with. Although I am not looking for marriage (not immediately, anyway) I like the idea of being able to trust a person without question, without having to look over my shoulder and being able to trust their judgment. I realized recently that I have not let my guard down in 35yrs. It would be such a relief to be able to do that.
