Okay, I realize after looking around a bit and being new to this online stuff that I only look at profiles that actually say something. I don't even care if there's a photo......I just like reading what everyone is saying about themselves and seeing a bit of your humor shining thru. I guess it's only fair to share as well. I'm a widow. 18 months now. My life was complete with my husband and I never planned for him to leave me at age 49. Cancer is a very ugly word and one I hope never enters my world ever again. I was blessed with a great marriage and filled with respect, humor and adventure. Those are the things I'd like to find in a partner again. One who likes to travel......I just want to see everything. It's nothing for me to call my daughter today, ask her to keep an eye on my dog, and take off tomorrow.......road tripping....each trip to a new destination, someplace I haven't been before. Lots of driving. Lots of singing (and I know I'm good!), lots of photos! and I can't say how much I love to do this. I haven't dated much but I did meet someone. Not sure we'll ever be more than friends but at least he taught me in the last year what I want and what I don't want. I want to "make memories" and I want to do that with someone who has humor, likes surprise and likes to surprise, will always make me his # 1 because I am a one man woman! I had a great marriage. I know it's possible and I have a lot of years left to find that perfect love again....
