I'm a 46 yr old Christian woman. I have what most would refer to as "Old Fashioned" values. I've learned to be direct. DON'T play games. NEVER intentionally hurt anyone & have a VERY quick & witty sense of humor, most often accompanied with a bit of sarcasm, but always good, clean fun!!! Was married for 24 yrs, divorced 2 yrs. Born & raised in San Antonio. Lived in the Hill Country approx 20 yrs. I love children, but was not blessed with any of my own. I have 2 Labs, a yellow & a chocolate. I'm VERY new to dating & not looking for "Fun/Casual" dating. I'm hoping to meet new people, beginning by building strong friendships & leaving the rest up to God! My friends would describe me as analytical, intelligent, responsible, talented, compassionate, funny, reliable, thoughtful, respectful, faithful, creative & generous (I asked them!) Is there really such thing as a "perfect" match? I know successful relationships require a lot of work. I also know we WILL experience joys & challenges along the way. Without faith, respect, honesty, integrity, strong communication, patience, romance, passion, tolerance & fidelity, we will struggle. Another important quality is the ability to listen to your partner, knowing when to offer an opinion, support or simply allow them to vent. The ability to compromise, show compassion & empathy are also very important. We may not always understand or have experienced what our partner may be going through.
