Although I am 69 no one ever believes it. They say I don’t look or act like a 69 y/o woman and I can tell you I don’t feel like one eiither. I am fit and take care of myself. I walk 5 miles at least 5 days a week, work out with a trainer, and go to the gym an additional 2-3 times a week for various classes, working out with weights or machines. I recently retired (I am an RN) and I am loving it. I am volunteering at my grandson’s school, I am taking line dancing classes (I know the old line dances but not the new ones), traveling, and just loving life. I love to cook, bake, garden, interior decorate, dance, read, etc.
