Retired Community College Professor. Am making some big changes in my life at this time. Putting the farm up for sale and taking my chances packing up the trailer and going to explore the west where I've always wanted to live. I have 2 horses, 1 dog and 1 cat. I want to find a new environment, new friends with similar interests, horseback riding being the first, travel through the great outdoors on horseback. Looking for a friend, companion or the love of my life on my journey. I want to find places that are horse friendly, have miles of trails to ride and someone to ride them with. I am financially secure and would like to meet someone who is as well. I am pretty self-sufficient, but it sure would be nice to share the load on occasion. Want honest, down to earth, love me as I am man to spend time with the rest of my life. I don't mean tied at the hip, we both need our space for our own interests, but then, maybe we'll learn to take pleasure in each others interests. I fish, ski, 4-wheel, just about anything. Love to country western dance. Looking for places with that old west feeling,lots of horseback riding available and a somewhat moderate climate. Bad weather,we can just pack the trailer and go on a trip or curl up in front of the fire. If you feel the same, would sure be glad to hear from you. Am open to coming to visit and meet you as well as to relocation. I want the rest of my life to be full of love and happiness and horses and dogs and a good, honest man.

Meet at the entrance to a horseback riding area. Spend as much time riding as we want getting to know each other. Then, since we have our own vehicles, if it didn't go well, no long quiet ride home, or if it went well, stop for something to eat and go from there.

I always wanted to go on a safari. I found one in Africe where you can horseback ride, or ride an elephant or a camel changing daily or the whole safari. Also, scuba diving, but I'm a bit clautrophobic.

To find the man who will show me unconditional love, even when I don't deserve it, will hold me when I need to be held, will let me go for a few days or weeks if I need to, will have some of the same interests as I do, love my horses and my dog and let do the same for him. Be a true partner, friend and lover.

Horseback riding anywhere/anytime. Skiing. 4-wheeling, bass fishing, but I'll fish for anything and I can put my own bait on. Driving my bass boat 70 mph. COUNTRY-WESTERN DANCING! Sitting in front of a camp fire or fireplace. Snuggling.

I look for someone who is not superficial, that has real wants, needs and desires. One who is intelligent, which doesn't mean a college degree, and willing to learn and teach me what he knows. One who is sensitive to those things that hurt me or make me smile and laugh. Can be spontaneous and make me be, too. I would also look for a man who is financially stable.
