Ich würde mich selbst beschreiben als
I'm a super outdoorsy 42 year old, never been married & no kids - unusual I know :-) I have always wanted this but have never met the right guy... I have been fortunate enough see a bit of the world and have recently returned to the West Coast after 13 years in Australia.
Theres not much I won't do if its outdoors, so if you're a home body I'm not the one for you!! I like to spend time one on one with a good friend or my partner, I'm not into big social scenes, I'm not much of a drinker and don't consider myself a partier. I'm definitely a solo sports type over team sports - although I do like to watch hockey live once in a while. You won't catch me in front of a TV, unless its a rainy day and we both feel like curling up watching a good movie.
I'm a die hard romantic, I live for it :-) I'm a bit old fashioned in my values, I believe strongly in HONESTY, monogamy and in having a great friend in your partner. I have always felt its important to listen to your partner and do all the little things to keep those initial sparks and the chemistry alive...I'm super affectionate... so you'd have to like attention ;-)
I do appreciate a man who looks after himself and can dress up or down when the occasion calls for it.. I may like country life, but I still like to get dressed up in all my stylie Melbourne clothes and go out on the town. I look after myself and I like that in a man as well. I love spontaneity and will pack a bag and leave on a moments notice for a weekend away.
I guess if I had to describe myself the best way is a bit of a chameleon.. I'm a cowgirl at heart, love the country but have lived right in the middle of big cities like Melbourne and Vancouver... If I had a choice I'd be out in the country, in a place where I couldn't see the neighbours :-) I spend just as much time in jeans and cowboy boots as I do in my dressy clothes... I'm a little bit country, a little bit city princess & a little bit tomboy :-) I wouldn't think twice about putting overalls on and crawling under the car to investigate a "noise." lol
I have two dogs that I brought back with me from Australia and I just adopted a beautiful blue cat from the SPCA (hoping she will be a good mouser, I currently live on an acreage with lots of critters) I usually have a horse, don't own one currently, but would like to by next summer so I can get into competition. It would be great if you are an animal lover..a real bonus if you ride :-)
I do love all my furry friends, but I'm not one for animals in my bed or on furniture, I'm pretty particular... I like my house to be pretty tidy :-)
Children are great, I don't mind if you have them... I have always wanted my own (yes I know my age is a factor) however if you are dead against having a child I'm probably the wrong girl for you..
I will do almost anything for the man in my life, I believe that he comes first... I a big believer in mutual respect..
