The best date I ever had was because it was thoughtful. A guy I dated in college picked me up for lunch from scool on the back of his motorcycle and drove to a forest preserve- he spread out a blanket had KFC and we played softball and ate chicken. He had to miss Friday night/date night due to being called in to work and still wanted to see me so he planned this clever and thoughtful surprise. Everyone wants to feel special, loved & missed and he accomplished all of that in a surprise lunch which wasnt very expensive but really touched my heart. It really is the thought/thoughtfulness that counts.
