I am a straight forward person and would like my partner to be the same. I expect respect as I will give that in return. I also expect fidelity in the relationship as I will be faithful as well. I am wanting to meet someone that will be the love of my life not just a warm body beside me in bed. If that was all there was to a successful relationship then no one would have to go through a divorce. I enjoy so much of what life has to offer and I want to share it with my best friend, my life partner, my mate. Not soulmate. The only one that has my soul is God. Sometimes it seems that people try to put a different take on attraction. The little butterflies you get when someone excites you by nothing more than sight. This has been my experience with the term "soulmate". I would just like to spend the rest of my life with someone that will love me through the hard times as well as the good times. I want a man who is honest, loving, giving, faithful and kind. A man that believes in forever and is willing to fight for it. In short, I never want to be divorced again. Even in a bad marriage divorce is painful. I am a true romantic and find joy in the smallest of things. I love to do the little sweet gestures to make that one in my life feel special. Cuddling and physical contact are essential for me. I love to hold hands, hug, kiss and PDAs don't bother me a bit. In fact I rather enjoy them. I want to get back to the fun in life. Cycling, hiking, river rafting, skiing, taking walks, etc. As long as it is done together. If anything you have read sparks a little interest, send me a note.
