I have never shot a gun. I don't know why because I was raised around hunters. I think that my dad just thought it wasn't something for a girl to do. I wanted to be in FFA when I was in high school, but my parents wouldn't let me, but my brother was. So when my girls were old enough, we started raising goats. They showed all over the central part of Texas. We would load up and go to a show almost every weekend. So I was able to do that with them. I loved being out at the barn! I also want to work on getting my LTC.
